Background

    Francis DeLucia attended the University of Rochester in NY, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Health and Society and a minor in Russian Studies.  He completed an Alternative Medicine Program at Rochester Memorial Hospital, where he studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Aryuveda, and Reiki.  He continued his studies in Chinese Medicine and received his Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) in San Francisco.  Francis DeLucia is a licensed Acupuncturist under the State of California.
	Francis is dedicated to making acupuncture accessible to all facets of the community.  He has worked and studied in a number of public clinics including California Pacific Medical Center(CPMC)Stroke Rehabilitation Center, St. James Infirmary, and the ACTCM Auricular Clinic. He currently works at Quan Yin Healing Arts Center and Asian & Pacific Islander (API) Wellness Center.  At CPMC he gained experience treating cardiovascular disorders, paralysis, aphasia, diabetes, and Myasthnia gravis.  His work at St. James and his current work at Quan Yin and API has built his background in care for people living with HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis.
